We all know how important it is to keep fit and active especially through our preferred mode of cycling. Although we all miss the group rides, we can continue to cycle in 2’s in accordance with Government guidelines.
So, if you’re wanting to ‘buddy’ up with another member, we encourage you to make contact (Louise/Mel can assist here if needed) to ensure you keep active, reap the social benefits and hopefully a cheeky coffee/cake stop! Plus there’s no need to stick to a Wednesday or Friday either.
