Distance:  ca. 45-50 miles

Terrain:    Most is off road and as it’s along an old railway line, not too many hills

Lunch:      Bring own picnic or visit one of the local cafes

Return:    This is a long, all day ride, so a late PM return

• Usual route to Ringwood, pick up the Trail and cycle to Wimborne for lunch
• Return to Trail and cycle back to Poole via Upton Park and Holes Bay
• Tea at Root and Rascals, Lilliput and then home along the front
