Terrain:     Mostly tarmac, with some gravel

Outward would be via Christchurch, Wick, Sobo Overcliff Drive, Woodland Walk through to Boscombe, Kings Park, through to the hospital junction on Castle Lane, then several ‘light-controlled crossings’ and onto the track alongside the A338 to Holdenhurst Village and on to Throop and the destination.

Inbound The return would be via the footbridge over the A338, along gravel tracks on the Stour Valley Way, crossing over the road at Iford Bridge, further gravel tracks to the Rugby Club at Tuckton over Tuckton Bridge, through Christchurch, across Stanpit Marsh and disperse at de Havilland Way.
