Friday’s Ride
Great ride but not without incident. Started with 7 wheelers, ended up with 5 with Colin & Frank steering off for the inbound journey.
Chris’s battery failed so he had to fit a spare so we had to bust a gut to reach the restaurant before lunches were served at 11.30. Arrived 5 mins late so had to survive on wonderful cakes and scones.
Returning via Blackwater Junction a bit scary as usual. Wonderful weather but a lot of traffic but we were out and that’s what counts!
