IOW Randonnee Champions
Congratulations to Andrew, Gill, John & Frank on completing the 2025 IOW Randonnee today. Happy faces and possibly some heavy legs? but what an achievement, Well done guys, huge respect!
Gill, Andrew & John started from Yarmouth, Frank started/finished in Cowes so was about an hour ahead of them on the way round spurred on by the entertainment provided at the Ventnor checkpoint (see video).
Frank totalled 65.71 miles in 5 hrs, 6 mins, average 12.9mph, 4353 ft ascent.
Time for all to recover now, especially Andrew just in time for his ‘special’ Birthday next week!
