A great ride, albeit into the wind going out! Amazingly, not too many dogs, children or visitors to slow us down! It wouldn’t be a CW ride without an ‘incident ‘. It was when Keith was disembarking the ferry and his bike came apart in his hands! Wheelers to the rescue! (Martin was excluded from the repair team……let’s face it…..he’s no mechanic!). Just a small delay and off we went! Who should go by on the open top bus…….but Chris and Barbara! Fish and chips, pickled eggs, beers and ice cream. A perfect day out. Full marks to Alison and Roger who did the ride without a battery and a big thank you to Julie for leading.
